This proposal aims to make out of Numancia-Tafalera-Virgen de la Cabeza, a sustainable leisure landmark that generates a sense of community amongst residents.
Thus the aims of the proposal are first to implement innovative strategies to integrate this area in the municipality, to achieve landscape and environmental recovery and development of comprehensive prevention of social exclusion for different groups at risk. And finally to train and stimulate the economic development and enhance public spaces in the neighbourhood.
